Room features
The apartments at Terza Spiaggia & La Filasca feature private entrances, patios, or balconies, with either 1 or 2 bedrooms and a separate living room with a kitchenette and a sofa bed. Guests are required to pay a refundable damage deposit at check-in, and the change of bed linen and towels is carried out weekly. Air conditioning is available at an extra cost, and guests must ensure that the kitchenette is left clean upon departure to avoid additional charges.
